Returns & Refunds policy

Since we provide digital services and consultancy, our Cancellation and Refund Policy is structured as follows:

1. Order Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

• Before Application Processing / Submission:

  • If you request a cancellation before our team has started processing your application or submitting it to the official government portal, you are eligible for a 100% full refund.

• After Application Processing Has Started:

  • Once our team has initiated the verification, documentation, or draft preparation work for your service, a basic service processing fee may be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

• After Final Government Portal Submission:

  • Once your application (e.g., PAN Card, Passport, GST Registration, SSC/Railway/Banking form) has been successfully submitted to the official government portal and/or official government fees have been paid, NO REFUND can be issued for that order.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be applicable under the following circumstances:

• Government Rejections: If your application is rejected by the official government authorities due to invalid/fake documents provided by the user, age/eligibility criteria non-fulfillment, or incorrect personal information submitted from your side.

• Government Portal Downtime or Delays: Delays caused by official government portals (e.g., server downtime, processing delays by official departments) are beyond our control and do not qualify for a refund.

• Official Government Fees: Any official fee already paid to the government department on your behalf is strictly non-refundable.

• Change of Mind After Service Delivery: Once the completed document, registration certificate, or acknowledgement receipt is delivered to you via email/WhatsApp, the service is considered fully delivered.

3. Refund Process & Timeline

If your refund request is approved:

• Reimbursement Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking) used during the transaction.

• Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days from the date of refund approval.

• Deductions: No extra cancellation charge will be levied, except for bank/payment gateway transaction fees (if applicable).
